I'm trying something new. Well, maybe not so new as I've spoken at conferences on my own dime before to share what I know. So this is similar, but different.
I've volunteered to be an ambassador for the GTM (Go-to-Market) Alliance, the go-to-market learning I've struggled with focus my whole life. I finally feel like I'm starting to win the battle because of these three things I've done. 2023 is shaping up in the right direction. Thought I'd use it as an opportunity to share a little.
I'm never sure I'm adding enough value, or enough structure. I saw one person do a "three things" format, and I kinda like BackBox It's not about doing more with less, but doing more with more, for less. Complexity is often unavoidable but its side effects are not. BackBox automation lowers costs, while enabling administrators to do more with more. Speaking I wish I had thought to keep a post-diary of every conference I've spoken at over my career. Two best times to start something are "at the beginning" and "today". So here we are.
