So, I’m digging my new gig at Axway. The health technology (insurance, prescriptions, dental, flex spending… all separate sites / phone numbers / processes) not so much.
I go through the process of setting up online accounts. And, in particular, with the health insurance company and the prescription company.
I use 1‑password and iCloud passwords so I have strong, unique passwords, and ready to rock-and-roll.
Except that the prescription company tells me my password is incorrect. So I reset it.
Then I try logging into the health insurance company, and for some reason, that password is incorrect. I reset it.
And you guessed it. When I go back to the prescription website, it’s telling me that my password is wrong, so I reset it.
I play that game for about two weeks until I realize that they’re using the same login service provider and each time I reset the password, I’m resetting the password for BOTH sites.
