Since scraping website really impacts performance, I wonder if LinkedIn decides to create a “public data” API instead? It would help with site performance management, and give them opportunities to gain insight into what others are doing (and perhaps LinkedIn could/should do instead of let a 3rd party do it)… while at the same time being, I would think, compliant with the intent of the court order.
