I’m very interested in Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) as a way to frame conversations that focus on the user. I’ve been doing a lot of interviews with CA’s indirect channels across a number of different products and I’m trying to incorporate JTBD techniques into the interviews and the resulting findings.
The question has come up — where can I learn more about JTBD? Here’s a quick list of the things I’ve used and found useful:
