2 Simple SaaS Feature Requests

This one goes out to every SaaS vendor out there.
Two simple things. (Kidding)
First… just like we’ve come to expect a “sign in with Google” or “sign in with Twitter”, add a “sign in with your Corporate Account” so that I don’t need another username/password. Step one of implementing this might be to let me use my corporate email as a userid, so that at least I don’t need to remember so many different user IDs.
Next… remap the “help” link on your site to my internal helpdesk, if it’s my helpdesk that’s providing support. If I click on help, I want help not “you have to ask your company that”. How am I supposed to know if I need to ask you, or my company? Shouldn’t be my problem as the user. You have an SLA with my company about who does front-line support. Take me out of the equation (please).
