I like your site. I came across your comment on FaceBook Fan Pages on Computer World. It made a lot of sense. I clicked on your name and came across your blog. You have done an outstanding job as a technology evangelist. I am impressed with your content and design and how often you post and remain relevant.

Keep up the good work. Excellent writing and design BTW.

During a manager's meeting at work tonight we were comparing our jobs in financial services to Call Center jobs. The point was that in Call Centers everyone's job description is the same, but in our field we rely on people to expand upon and develop their roles in unique ways beyond their initial job descriptions. By the nature of how they are staffed, Call Centers can only manage processes, or respond to problems, that fit into predetermined formats. Large companies that have useful escalation processes are clearly aware of Call Center limitations and care about customer service. And it's very innovative to see social networking tools like Twitter used for that purpose.

Regards,

Sal.
